Dwain is an accomplished business consultant with extensive experience leading through change, developing products, organizational & communication strategy, and thought leadership.

Before founding Fighting Elk Enterprises, Dwain held various positions of leadership for The Coca-Cola Company and Eastman Kodak. A variety of assignments, including the design and on-site construction of a research lab in Malaysia, the creation of a Global Packaging College, the establishment of a New Product Development Process, and the roll-out of an Advanced Materials Research Lab, are just a few of Dwain’s corporate experience highlights.

Dwain's gift is his ability to translate complex technical information into an easily digestible message. A gifted communicator and educator, Dwain has presented on various topics and participated on numerous expert panels.

Dwain holds a bachelors degree in Polymer Science, a master’s degree in Business, and a Ph.D. in Chemistry. He is a certified Project Management Professional and a certified New Product Development Professional. He volunteers his time as community group leader for a civic minded group of high school aged young men. He is also active in the lives of disabled youth through his involvement in Young Life Capernaum.

Dwain is an avid runner, triathlete, and fishing fanatic. He resides in the Atlanta area with his wife Donna and their three sons: Dustin, Heath, and Joshua.
